Preconception oral health care and genetic counseling

摘要: 备孕阶段的女性往往会忽视口腔检查,而且妊娠期间口腔疾病不仅治疗困难,还可能会对母体及胎儿造成严重的影响。因此,改善备孕期女性的口腔健康具有十分重要的意义。此外,许多口腔遗传病表现为先天性颌面畸形,会严重影响患儿的生活质量,因此,开展孕前遗传咨询可以帮助咨询者了解口腔遗传病,分析评估疾病的再发风险。本文将阐述孕前及孕期口腔健康教育、常见口腔疾病的防治方法以及孕前遗传咨询的相关内容。

Abstract: Women preparing for pregnancy often overlook oral health examination. Oral diseases are not only relatively intractable, but may also have a serious impact on the mother and fetus. Therefore, ensuring the oral health of pregnant women is important. Many oral genetic diseases exhibit congenital maxillofacial deformities, thus seriously affecting the quality of life. Preconception genetic counseling can help people understand oral genetic diseases and assess the recurrence risk. This article explains the preconception and pregnancy oral health education, common methods of prevention and treatment of oral diseases, and genetic counseling of related content.
