固定修复体适合性评价方法的研究进展

Research progress on adaptation evaluation methods for fixed prosthesis

摘要: 固定修复体是口腔临床常用的修复方式之一,融合了美学性能和舒适度,备受医生、患者的青睐。适合性是指修复体组织面与基牙预备体之间的密合度,与修复体完全就位于基牙上相关,反映了修复体制作精密的程度,是检测口腔材料性能、修复体最终质量和远期效果的关键指标之一。目前,常用来评估固定修复体的适合性的方法有:临床探查法、肉眼观察法、显微镜直接测量法、印模技术法、片切法、Micro-CT法等。本文将就这些评价方法及研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Fixed prosthesis is one of the most commonly used methods in dental clinic. Its unique aesthetic performance and comfortable feeling is better than the removable prosthesis, so it is widely used in clinic. The adaptation is the degree of tightness between the tissue surface of the prosthesis and the tooth prepared surface, which reflects the degree of the restoration of the prosthesis and the precision of the prosthesis. It is an important index to detect the material properties, the quality of the prosthesis and the success of clinical ativity. Now there are many kinds of perfect evaluation methods to evaluate the adaptation of the fixed prosthesis, such as clinical direct exploration and visual examinations, silicone replica technique, direct measurement with a microscope, sectioning, Micro-CT, etc.. This paper will make a systematic review of the research progress of these common methods, and provide some reference value for future research.
