活动义齿的清洁方法

摘要：

21世纪， 中国正逐渐步入老龄化社会， 老年人口的增多导致活动义齿佩戴患者数量增加。活动义齿材料独特的物理化学性质和口腔的特殊环境容易导致许多口腔疾病的发生， 故义齿佩戴过程中的清洁问题更需引起医生及患者的重视。运用正确的方法定期清洁义齿对维护患者口腔支持组织的健康具有重要作用。本文将对国内外活动义齿清洁方法的种类、功效评价以及应用现状和发展方向作一综述， 旨在指导医生与患者寻找出有效清洁义齿的方法， 减少口腔疾病的发生。

Abstract:

In the 21st century, with China stepping in an aging society, the number of old people wearing removable dentures increased rapidly. The unique physical and chemical properties of removable denture materials and the peculiar oral environment often lead to oral diseases. Therefore, doctors and patients should draw more attention to denture cleaning. A correct method of denture cleaning plays a significant role in protecting oral supporting tissues. This review has introduced several methods, effectiveness evaluation, application status and prospect in the future of removable denture cleaning. The review aimed to guide doctors and patients to find out an efficient way of denture cleaning in order to reduce oral diseases.
