头颈部恶性肿瘤化学治疗给药途径的应用

摘要：

头颈部恶性肿瘤是常见的恶性肿瘤之一，具有较高的发病率和死亡率。化学治疗在头颈部肿瘤的综合序列治疗中占有重要地位，给药途径的改进对头颈部恶性肿瘤的化学治疗具有极其重要的意义，给药途径不同，其临床疗效亦不相同。头颈部恶性肿瘤化学治疗给药途径可简单分为：静脉化学治疗、动脉灌注化学治疗、淋巴化学治疗、局部化学治疗和多途径联合化学治疗。本文就近年来头颈部恶性肿瘤化学治疗给药途径的应用和研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:

Carcinoma of the head and neck is one of the most common cancer, associated with major morbidity and mortality. Chemotherapy plays an important role in the combined and sequential management of head and neck cancer. Improvement in administration route has great clinical significance in the treatment of head and neck cancer. The routes are different, so are the clinical effects. Administration route of head and neck cancer chemotherapy can simply be divided as follows: Intravenous chemotherapy, intra-arterial chemotherapy, lymphatic chemotherapy, regional chemotherapy and combination of multiways chemotherapy. This paper reviewed the research advance and clinical application on the administration routes in the chemotherapy of head and neck cancer.
