灼口综合征唾液因素的研究进展

摘要:

灼口综合征(BMS)是以舌部为主要发病部位、以烧灼样疼痛为主要表现的一组综合征,常不伴有明显的临床及病理损害。目前BMS病因尚不明确,其中唾液流量和成分改变对BMS影响的研究不断增多,本文就近年来国内外对唾液因素在BMS中的研究进展作一综述。

关键词: 灼口综合征, 唾液流量, 唾液成分

Abstract:

Burning mouth syndrome (BMS) is a group of syndromes that mainly occur in the tongue. This syndrome is characterized by burning pain without visible clinical signs and histopathological changes. The etiology of BMS remains unclear. The effects of changes in saliva flow and components on BMS are increasingly being investigated. This review introduces recent research progress from local and international BMS studies regarding salivary factors.
