摘要:

黄酮类化合物是一种广泛存在于植物中的天然有机化合物。由于黄酮类化合物具有优良的抗菌作用,近年来关于黄酮类化合物对变异链球菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌、白色念珠菌等口腔微生物的影响及其机制的研究逐渐增加,显示多种黄酮类化合物对于口腔致病微生物具有抑制作用,在口腔疾病的防治及口腔健康保健方面具有研究价值。本文主要总结了黄酮类化合物对口腔微生物的作用及其机制,评价了黄酮类化合物在防治口腔疾病及口腔卫生保健中的应用价值。

Abstract:

Flavonoids are natural organic compounds widely existed in plants. In recent years, there has been an increasing amount of research on the effects and processes of flavonoids on oral microbes such as Streptococcus mutans, Porphyromonas gingivalis, and Candida albicans, due to their strong antibacterial activity. It demonstrates that a variety of flavonoids have an inhibitory impact on oral pathogenic bacteria and may be useful in the prevention and treatment of oral illnesses and oral health care. This review summarized the effects and mechanism of flavonoids on oral microorga-nisms and evaluated the application value of flavonoids in prevention and treatment of oral diseases and oral health care.
