口腔保健自我效能量表的汉化及其在孕期女性中的信效度检验

摘要：

目的对英文版口腔保健自我效能量表（SEOH）进行翻译汉化，并检验其信效度。方法根据Brislin翻译流程对英文版SEOH翻译形成中文版量表，并选择武汉市某妇产医院产检的499名孕期女性进行调查，检验其信效度。结果中文版SEOH共23个条目，内容效度指数为0.913；探索性因子分析共提取5个公因子，累计方差贡献率为68.411%；验证性因子分析模型各项指标均符合标准，拟合程度良好；总量表Cronbach’s α系数为0.906，各维度Cronbach’s α系数为0.615~0.958。结论中文版SEOH具有较好的信效度，可作为测量孕期女性口腔保健自我效能的有效工具。

Abstract:

Objective This study aims to translate the English version of the self-efficacy scale for oral health (SEOH) into Chinese and to test its reliability and validity among pregnant women. Methods The Chinese version of SEOH was formed based on the Brislin translation procedure. Its reliability and validity were tested among 499 pregnant women in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in Wuhan. Results The Chinese version of SEOH included 23 items, and the content validity index was 0.913. Exploratory factor analysis extracted five common factors, and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 68.411%. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that each index met the standard and the model fitted well. The Cronbach’s α coefficient of the scale was 0.906, and for each dimension was 0.615-0.958. Conclusion The Chinese version of SEOH has good reliability and validity, which could be used to measure the self-efficacy level of oral health care among pregnant women.
