头颈部腺样囊性癌的研究进展

摘要： 涎腺腺样囊性癌是头颈部较少见的恶性肿瘤,但却是涎腺最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,具有局部侵袭性生长,早期易沿神经扩散,且容易侵入血管,造成血行性转移的独特的生物学特性。鉴于涎腺腺样囊性癌的独特生物学特性,本文对其流行病学、临床表现、病理学、诊断检查及治疗和预后研究进展作一综述,以期为该病的诊断和治疗有所帮助。

Abstract: Adenoid cystic carcinoma of the salivary gland is a rare malignant tumor in the head and neck, but this tumor is the most common malignant type in the salivary gland. Salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma is characterized by local, early, and blood vessel invasions, and the unique biological features of blood metastasis. The epidemiology, clinical behavior, pathology, diagnostic workup, treatment, and prognosis of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma were reviewed to determine its unique biological characteristics.
