摘要：

如今，美学已成为口腔治疗中的重要考虑因素。在上颌前牙区的修复治疗中，牙龈美学越来越受到医生和患者的关注。临床医生应了解影响牙龈美学的因素及适宜的冠外形及其形成方法，以提高患者的满意度。本文综合国内外学者已有的研究，系统性总结了上颌前牙区修复体颈部外形与牙龈美学的关系。

关键词: 上颌前牙, 修复体颈部外形, 牙龈炎症, 牙龈形态

Abstract:

Aesthetic consideration isa research hotspot in dental treatment. Dentists and patients are directing more attention toward gingival aesthetics in the prosthesis of the maxillary anterior region. An adequate understanding of the influence of crown contour on gingival inflammation and morphology, as well as suitable crown contour, is indispensible for clinicians. Numerous researchers have reported on these aspects. This review describes the relationship between crown contour and gingival aesthetics in the maxillary anterior region.
