口腔鳞状细胞癌治疗特异性靶点整联蛋白-αvsub>β6sub>的研究进展

Overexpression of the αvβ6 integrin in oralsquamous cell carcinoma is a specific targettor for treatment

摘要:

整联蛋白(INT)-αvβ6是一类特殊的INT-亚型, 在上皮源性恶性肿瘤组织和创伤愈合组织中高表达,在健康组织和良性肿瘤组织中不表达。INT-αvβ6通过促进肿瘤细胞的迁移、参与细胞外基质降解、激活转化生长因子-β1和抑制肿瘤程序性细胞死亡等途径促进肿瘤的侵袭和转移。本文就INT-αvβ6、INT-αvβ6的信号传导、INT-αvβ6与口腔鳞状细胞癌和INT-αvβ6与肿瘤预后等研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:

Integrin-αvβ6 is a special integrin subtype, which highly express in cancer and healing wound, but did not express in normal tissue and benign tumor. By promoting tumor cell migration and extracellular matrix degradation, activating cytokine transforming growth factor-β1 and inhibiting tumor cell programmed cell death lead to tumor invasion and metastasis. Further study of integrin-αvβ6 expression and function in oral cancer will help to understand the molecular mechanisms of invasion and metastasis, provide oral squamous cell carcinoma treatment with new ideas and methods.
