摘要：

病理性非口源性口臭可分为非血液运输型口臭和血液运输型口臭。前者可由呼吸道疾病或上消化道疾病引起，后者可由肝病、胱氨酸病、三甲胺尿症等系统疾病引起。呼吸中的挥发性有机化合物是导致口臭的主要原因，同时又在一定程度上反应了机体的各种疾病状态。本文就各非口源性疾病产生口臭的机制作一综述。

关键词: 非口源性口臭, 非血液运输型口臭, 血液运输型口臭, 挥发性有机化合物

Abstract:

Pathologic extra-oral halitosis can be subdivided into non-blood-borne halitosis, such as halitosis from respiratory tract or upper alimentary tract, and blood-borne halitosis, including hepatic disease, cystinosis, trimethylaminuria and so on. There are volatile organic compounds in our breath that cause halitosis, and in some circumstances reflects certain diseases. This review mainly focused on different mechanisms of various extra-oral diseases and their relationship with extra-oral halitosis.
