Vitapex 用于颜面慢性感染性伤口换药的疗效观察

摘要：

目的解除换药时纱布因粘连伤口所致患者的疼痛，减少伤口再次出血，同时缩短伤口愈合的时间。方法将53 例颜面部慢性感染性伤口的患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组：清创消毒后用Vitapex 糊剂换药，直至痊愈；对照组：清创消毒后按常规换药直至痊愈。结果观察组治愈时间和效果明显优于对照组。结论应用Vitapex 糊剂换药感染伤口，效果显著，伤口愈合快，患者在换药中痛感少。

Abstract:

Objective To relieve pain caused by gauze conglutinating to the wound, and to reduce rebleeding and shorten the healing time. Methods 53 outpatients were randomly divided into experimental group and the reference group. After finishing debridement and disinfection, change drugs with Vitapex paste for the wound of the experimental group until healed. After finishing debridement and disinfection, change drugs with conventional paste for the wound of the reference group until healed. Results The experimental group lost less time and got a better effect than the reference group. Conclusion Changing drugs for the infectious wound with Vitapex paste has more significant effect, such as wound healing quickly, and less pain when changing drugs for wound.
