摘要：

核心结合因子（Cbf）-α1在骨成型和骨改建过程中起着重要的作用，而机械力则是调控骨改建的一个关键性因素。本文就Cbf-α1的结构、Cbf-α1与骨改建的关系、机械力对Cbf-α1的表达调控等研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:

Core binding factor（Cbf）-α1 is an important transcription factor which is necessary for bone modeling and bone remodeling. Mechanical stress is regarded as a key factor for the regulation of bone remodeling. This article was to review the structure of the Cbf-α1, the relationship between Cbf-α1 and bone remodeling, recent research progress in regulation of mechanical forces on the Cbf-α1 expression.
